PAW, Inc., an independent corporation, was formed in 2003 to provide ownership for the active managers and to insure the company’s continuing operation. It is the successor to Plant Architectural Woodwork (a division of Plant Construction). The Company was initially formed in the late 1950’s in response to the Plant organization’s need for superior quality cabinetry and millwork on their projects with tight construction schedules. Over the years it has evolved into a supplier of high quality millwork to owners and general contractors throughout the Bay Area, as well as Hawaii and Japan, and enjoys a reputation for completing both commercial and large-scale residential projects.

The staff of highly talented woodworkers trained in the traditional European techniques brings to PAW Inc. the high standards of workmanship that earned both Plant Architectural Woodwork and Plant Manufacturers, Inc. its fine reputation.

The services of the shop are available directly to architects and designers, retail stores, general contractors, and other businesses both domestically and internationally.
